What is Health and Wellness Coaching?
Health and Wellness Coaching helps people achieve higher levels of wellbeing and performance. The work of coaching happens through a partnership between you and your coach. While your are the expert in your own life, your coach works to help the you to clarify what you want to achieve, and over time, define and implement small changes towards your goals. The ultimate goal of the coaching process is sustainable behavior change that meets or exceeds the your goals.
