After finally losing 120 lbs. and finally keeping it off, I went back to school to become a wellbeing coach and developed The Real Food Lifestyle System so I could help others.
Women over 50 who are ready to lose weight for the last time work with me because they're done with carrying around extra weight, want the health to do what's most important to them, and are ready for a personalized plan to sustain permanent results.

What's most important to you? If you're ready to get started, we'll begin by talking about where you are and where you want to go. If a program I offer seems like a fit for us both, I'll partner with you to define your vision and a custom plan with actionable steps.
Over time, you'll learn to soothe yourself without food, and healthier ways to manage stress. This includes taking care of and prioritizing yourself, not just everyone else. Plus, over time, you’ll spend more time on things that are important to you because you are no longer so focused on your weight.
Real Food Reset
Many people’s brains are sensitive to trigger and highly formulated, or ultra processed foods. These foods cause you to gain weight and they harm your health. I'll help you to eliminate these substances so you can start to heal just by eating whole foods. We'll create a plan just for you and update it as needed.
Habits for Life
In addition to working towards a healthier lifestyle through sustainable habits, based on what's going on in your life, we will talk about other aspects of your well-being, such as stress management, movement, sleep, leisure time, relationships and work.
Custom Consistency
The last step is custom consistency, so your Real Food Lifestyle becomes how you live. That’s how you and maintain your weight loss, health and wellbeing, in ways that align with who you want to be. This is what allows you to move forward with what’s most important to you, and make your next chapter your best chapter.
