Are you one of those people who can do just about anything but you can't manage your weight? Are you worried about the long-term impact of your current lifestyle on your health? I'm a master's prepared RN, and was a corporate VP for over 10 years, but while I could do the work, I couldn't work on myself. It was finally removing the foods that were triggering me that got me off the weight loss roller-coaster and gave me the space that allowed me transform my life. Over time, I finally lost the weight that I had been struggling with for decades. I am maintaining a 120 pound weight loss and I will never diet again. It was this experience that inspired me to go back to school and become a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. As a coach, I help leaders do the work they need to do improve their wellbeing and lose weight. I can help you make your next chapter your best chapter too.

Healing Your Body
Many people’s brains are sensitive to trigger and highly processed foods, including sugar and flour. These foods cause you to gain weight, eat more than you want to, and harm your health. You'll likely need to detox after removing these substances so your body can start to heal. I'll help you to do it. No particular food plan is required, just eat whole foods. We'll create a plan just for you and update it over time. Your body will know where your right size is (I didn't believe it, but it's true).
Healthy Behaviors
Along the way we'll talk about what's going on in your life, the habits you have in place, and what changes it makes sense for you to make. Based on what is important to you, we will also address other aspects of well-being, from stress management to organizing and prioritizing, to creativity and play, relationships and boundaries, regular movement, rest and sleep, leisure time, and of course, work. It's never just about the food.
Maintaining Your Healthiest Life
We’ll continue to work together to address issues and keep you going in the right direction as you build your new identity. The amount of time I work with people varies, some people only want to address a particular issue or create their vision, others prefer support on a longer journey. It’s up to you. My goal is to make sure you have the mindset, confidence and tools you need to take actions that will allow you to live your best life.

Trigger and Processed Food Elimination Retreats
Some people struggle with making significant changes to their food in their home environment. These retreats are designed to get you out of your usual day-to-day and give you time to develop and implement a plan to support your long-term well-being. While workshops, groups, and one-to-one coaching are included, you’ll also have time to rest and take care of yourself while you detox from the foods that have been negatively impacting your health. A minimum number of participants is required for a retreat to be held, and it will be customized based on the participants' goals.
